Needle puncture

I was walking in the flat without shoes
For my good luck the sharp object my mom use for getting blood for chcking blood sugar prick me and penetrate my big toe for a minute until I removed . I got wound with bleeding .
My mom was hcv +very and received treatment for hcv 10 years back .
Any suggestion
I know it is risky exposure ? When should I test ?

If your mother was treated and cured she no longer has hepatitis C and so would have nothing to transmit.

If you are still concerned wait 12 weeks to test for hepatitis C antibodies.

But if your mom was cured you cannot contract a virus she no longer has.
