I forgot the Himalayan salt. I use that too. I actually mix the sea salt and the Himalayan and put the mix into a transparent salt mill. Looks appetizing, too.
I get my proteins from all the lentils, beans, tofu, tempeh, cheese.
I also have my organic whey, if you remember... I have put it on halt until I reach UND, as it is quite high in lactoferrin. (Will hopefully start tx soon after Aug 5)
And also I do not use a microwave. I don't have one and never did.
Oh and I forgot the kelp and algae I sprinkle over my food every day.

Wow...now thats what i call a cool intake of cell loving food...your cells are happy campers..LOL...where ya gettn ya protiens from?...the cheese and yogurt?...throw in a good whey and you are covered..i also forgot mention a good sea salt....chocked full of essential minerals....i actually prefer the crystal rock salts from the Himalayan mountains...its pink in color and its great on popcorn whic i forgot to mention as another food i love..Thank you Marcia..God bless ya litte heart my dear.
I eat organic... All kinds of veggies raw or cooked, like cauliflower, broccoli, cabbages, spinach, eggplant, squash, radishes, tomatoes, lettuce, sprouts, mushrooms (not magic shrooms, though)... come on. I can't possibly list them all, there are so many.
Lentils, all kind of pulses, beans, peas, fresh or dried... then soaked and cooked. Chick peas I sprout now and then.
Tempeh, tofu, miso,
Dark rye bread, Danish style. Brown rice and other whole grains.
All kinds of fruit in moderation.
Yofu (Tofu yogurt) and chocolate tofu pudding
dates and other dry fruit.
Virgin Coconut Oil, Virgin Olive Oil, and Virgin Sesame Oil
Celtic sea salt
And I have started eating nice French raw cheeses again. (in moderation)
I think that about rounds it up.
BTW....all coconut oils are not the same...the DME type is the only one worth taking...its a method of extraction that insures it keep all its nutritioal qualities in tact
