I was in the Debio-025 trial, it was my last trial that I did back in 2008.  On Debio, I had Riba and Peg and Debio(an oral solution).  However, on the Prove 3 Telaprevir trial, which was a Protease Inhibitor trial, I did not get the Ribavirin and I was grouped into Group C, the no Riba group.

No I was just confused until I saw you bumped the thread on the other side and now I know I'm not as crazy as i thought.....It just wasn't a PI but a CI way too much for my brain to be able to remember, even if she is a very close friend of mine.  I am not the sharpest tack in the box when it comes to remember everybody's stuff.....even if I try.  At least I was close!

I still hope if you get in it works for you, it's all  very exciting stuff!

Thought it was a PI - I know I just remembered that I was hoping it would cure her so I could say Deb cured you since that's my name.
I guess it wasn't what she took but was one of the things she looked into.

God there were so many. Well I emailed her and I'm sure she will tell me the same thing - thanks Rexx I have a hard enough time keeping track of what I did, let alone anybody else.

I'm glad I was wrong and I hope if you take it, it works for you!

I'm pretty sure Debio is the trial that Susan400 got into - the one where they didn't give her the RIBA in addition to the IFN and PI.  IDIOTS of all of the people to do that too!  She almost got to UND for like the first time with it but......without the riba it did not work.

Now she cannot take another PI.

Trying to say make SURE you are getting all 3 or seriously reconsider...lI'm pretty sure that was what she took I'll see if I can flag her in an email and see if she can post!

i cant comment sorry but i wanted to ask what geno you are , i ask because i heard the polymerase is suitable for all G types, if you are non 1 , then that kinda confirms that..
thanks and good luck
