PSI-7977 With Pegylated Interferon and Ribavirin Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) Genotypes 1,4,5,6

Anybody know anything about this trial? I'm a Geno 4 and there isn't much else going on in the US for this genotype. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I appreciate your comment. I have an opportunity to participate in this trial and haven't done any homework yet.

Does look like an interesting drug..excellent rvr numbers and interesting comments on viral kinetics..Still an early trial though a 2b, if not mistaken.
If given time, I might be more inclined in wating on phase 3 trials.

"on treatment viral kenetics were constitent across all 95 psi-7977 exposed subjects, with responses independent of IL28B genotype and other predictors of poor response to IFN"
