Please clear my doubt

My gums are bleeding mostly when i brush my teeths. I brush my teeth in night and sleep after that.
In morning when i get up i just wash my mouth with water and drink 1 glass of water. and then i go somewhere for breakfast and after eating the food and breakfast maker (chef) tells me that he has a cut on his finger with knife in morning after that he cleans his finger and then do bandage with tape on his finger.

I eat the breakfast before he tells me can you please tell me what are the chances of getting hepatitis c in this way because i do not know that the chef has heptits c or not he is tested almost 3 years ago and result is negative. I am waiting for any ones reply

No, that would call for pure speculation on my part, to many "what if's", like I said if YOUR worried get tested

If your worried get tested, it is the only way to know for sure, it appears you are already familiar with testing procedure
