Post treatment side effects

I have been reading the posts on here about post treatment side effects and I was wondering how many of you have had severe hair loss?  I only treated for 24 weeks but had lots of problems throughout treatment. I am 2 and half months post tx.   Anyhow my hair will grow for about 4 to 7 days max then it falls back out.  Has anyone else experienced this?

Thank you for responding... Umm I actually dont have any hair.. My hair fell out the last month and a half of my tx and one morning I woke up and i was bald.. like kojak....my eyebrows fell out a couple weeks ago but not all the way.  I had my thyroid checked but everything was ok.  I go for my last set of tests in Feb.  Its good to hear everyone say their hair came back..I can deal with rockin the bald head as long as I know its coming back..lol .. thanks again to everyone

My first time on dual therapy my hair thinned. I relasped after 48 weeks. However, four to six months post dual tx my hair came back with a vengeance. I think it actually became thicker than it was before I started. Most people have a similar experience to mine. Chances r yours will take a similar path.

I'm starting my 4th week on the new triple Incivek therapy and again my hair has begun to thin. Here I go again but hopefully this will be the last time I have to do tx.

I lost quite a lot of hair the last two months or so and it kept falling out. It was not until after treatment that I lost my eyebrows. I am six weeks since EOT and none of it has started to come back yet. In fact, I keep my hair clipped to the scalp hoping it will help. I have had to just accept that it will be months before I can ditch the wigs. Thankfully, you can get some really pretty and realistic wigs fairly inexpensively. Good luck.

Hi - I lost 60 %  of my hair in the last week of treatment and the two and a half months post treatment.  I am just now at 12 weeks post noticing that the hair loss has stopped.  Treatment can affect your thyroid if that is the case then it would affect your hair growth and is worth checking.
