Try going swimming.  I have notice a great improvement since I started swimming a few weeks ago.  It's non bearing exercise and really seems to help with these post treatment issue.

Hi there!  I am with everyone above.  It takes everyone a different amount of time..give yourself 6 months.  I learned to listen to my body...if I felt tired I took a nap or I paid for days afterwards
It is hard...we all want so desperately to feel better after tx.
As was said above, please try to drink as much water as you can.
Walking is a good exercise to get your blood flowing.
I lost muscle mass just like someone said above.  It took me a good 6 months to recover.
Now, a year and a half after tx, I feel really good.
Best wishes to you

For my husband, it usually has taken him about 8-12 weeks to feel better.  All of his counts were back up to normal after 12 weeks, except platelets, which took a little longer to come back up.

I does take some longer than others to recoup, so try not to worry.  As mentioned, try to increase your activity so you start challenging yourself.   The long period of low activity during tx makes it difficult to feel much motivation, but you have to force yourself to start somewhere.  Be sure to continue to eat well and drink lots of water to continue to flush out the meds.  I lost a lot of muscle mass during tx and it took several months to begin to build it back up.  It will happen in due time.

I'm 17 weeks post treatment and feel great. Most days I have plenty of energy, although some days I'm tired if I didn't get a full eight hours of sleep. All my labs came back to normal ranges at 12 weeks. I've been making a real effort to exercise and get back into shape and eat right. No more gorging on sweets and high carb foods and I'm still drinking lots of water. I think this effort has really paid off in terms of how good I feel. I agree with Can-do-man that 6 months is realistic and it's also what my NP and Dr. told me. Just like treatment, everyone's different, but I'll bet you start feeling a lot better in time.
