I'm sure some people remember Mike and know he recieved his transplant months and months ago now, well, he's doing fine now and he is even getting a 4.0 in engineering school...I just love to hear things like this, after all he's been through...anyway, just thought I'd pass this on to people who knew him, it's inspirational to me and makes me know there's hope for all of us....

Thanks so much for taking the time to say that. I sometimes worry my schtik (sp) wears thin on some of the folks here - some people prefer to deal with things in a more solemn fashion. I teach my kid (who's as bad as me) that with clowning around comes a big responsibility not to cross the lines into offensiveness in one way or another.

Ya know, you are soooooo funny. Everytime I read your posts, I say to myself, this guy really needs to write comedy for TV or something or write a book or something. You really are talented. That Robie Spencer story or whatever his name is had me rolling. Just wanted to let you know, cuz I'm sure others feel the same and some have even mentioned over the months. A good laugh for us is needed daily and you one of the people that help provide that for us.

Ya might want to save on tha dry cleaning bill. Not sure the DC is much good at removing the summertime odors, and I'm certain it's not going to do much for the pit stains. I s'pose a dousing of petulie would give it that nice hippie chick lived in smell.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. Actually, I was just being a wiseacre. I should be more carefull to be sure people know when I'm kidding. I think most folks who were around more when I was treating and posting more frequently know that few things get me too down except for maybe fat chicks in tube tops and stiff institutional quality toilet paper. Hemorhoids on humid days can be a bummer too.
