Is that "leer" more, cabron, or leer more?   Either way, you definitely can't go wrong.   Muy buena suerte, compadre!

LOL!! why can't they bottle the darn things(endorphins)? That, I would buy by the caseload. I tell you it was amazing, but the other coasters did not produce the same effect..must be that 70mph for 30 seconds, since they can't bottle THAT...i'll settle for the former.

Bingo!  I used to be a gram a day girl, but I stopped it two weeks before treatment.  Until the final verdict is in, I'm taking no chances.  Yeah, toxins straight up!   And btw, you wouldn't mind lending me some of your intestinal fortitude, would you? ( I just read your rollercoaster account.) Or is this further proof that endorphins trump all?

I most definetely will probably start using the milk thistle again after tx..but during tx...do I want it protecting my liver from the interferon? No one can say if it is hindering the interferon's work in the liver cells., or not, .can they? It sounds great when some meds hang around longer in the system, possibly reducing the need for more doses...but maybe increasing their toxic effects? during tx, I don't want anything "coating" my liver from the meds...give me the toxins straight up!

Agree with Tony.   I won't take ambien more than 2 nights in a row just to be on the safe side. It has its place as a measure of occasional last resort.

2 weeks after I was transplanted my surgeon asked how I was sleeping. I told him about 2 hours a night. I told him that I used to take ambien but now with my new liver I didn't want to jeopardize it. He said "take ambien". I figure it can't be that dangerous or he wouldn't have told me to take it. Mike

Sorry brain fatiuge cause the pushing of the wrong key.

"Ambian is a very addictive drug that should be use for 7-14 days for severe insomnia". This is the warning on all dispensing information about this drug.

I am an insomniac and have used Ambien and Sonata, while good sleeping meds, they are addictive and after going through withdrall's from them, I have learned to give them alot of respect.

They can cause severe rebound even after 2-3 nights use. I do use ambian but I would suggest using them as little as posssable. 1 to 3 nights in a row then a 2-3 nights break, if using for the long run.

Hi Silvermoon,

Thanks, yah I was pretty pumped up about my visit. Looks like you will be kicking off prior to me. Clear the way! I will ask him about the Milk Thistle study he was speaking about and post it when I find out. I basically read a couple of books that had recommended it. But there were no real clinical studies in them. I then asked the question here in a post and got some positive comments. I then went

LOL... SEE what I mean.. bizarre..but MOST EXCELLENT !!  the comment was not by any means derogatory.....
as for the Milk thistle.. I agree  and want to continue, however I had been told that it should not be used while on interferon..because of some interaction or something!!.
I too, do the healthy eating thing..mostly fruit, rice and grains.. and yogurt..
Colombians, eh..???  hmmm.. my EX spent sometime with them also.. then he ended up doing some time.............
as for Tx,, we may be on the raod together .. it will be at least 3 weeks before I can start.. maybe 4..depends if I have to move or not..
Thanx for the info and the laughs!!   there is humor.. and there is hhumor.. then there is HUMOR.. and you have indeed (almost) perfected the ART..!!   had to do that.. don't want ya to get a big head!!..

My Dear Dear Honey!
To know that I am again #1 makes me chocolately warm from my head to my tingling toes!  I will admit I went in armed to the teeth to my visit. But I had not intention of smashing him unless he was arrogant or a moron. I believe the best way to catch flies is with honey. If that does not work I believe in nuking the entire town. Take no chances, that
