Hey, Let me try this off the top of my head, a closed book test:
HCV= Hepatitis C Virus
RNA= Ribonucleic Acid ( part of HCV's DNA (?)
PCR= Polymerase Chain Reaction ( amplifies viral particles for counting)
QT= Quantitation ( amount )
At 57,314 IU/ml ( International Units per milliliter of blood), you have an active HCV infection percolating away. Some of use have seen viral loads  (a.k.a. quantitations, or titers, same thing) of over a million IU/ml. After 25 years, I had a VL of 585,000+ IU/ml, and Stage 5 cirrhosis. After 18 days on Merck's trial drug, to be released this Fall, containing 100mg. of Grazoprevir and 50 mg. of Elbasvir per tablet, my titer was below 15IU/ml, the lowest range of detection listed. In a month, that changed to "ND" (not detectable), then "TND" ( totally not detectable). I was treated for 12 weeks, 84 pills. My last pill was November 6, 2014 and am still TND. You should get your HCV strain identified by Genotype ( probably 1 or 1a if you contracted it in the USA) and then get on one of Gilead Pharmaceuticals drugs best suited for the respective GT,( Harvoni or Sovaldi) or wait until the Merck drug hits the shelves.With that VL you may feel ill or not, it depends if you have passed through the acute phase of the infection yet. Many kind folks here can advise you on how to get Gilead drugs either pro-bono or at a steep discount. Your chances of free treatment increase if you have any degree of cirrhosis. Good Luck,   mac

You have a viral load of 57,319.  A log of 4.78.    Just different measurements
that mean the same thing.    You have Hepatitis C.
