Update from slow breathing symptoms etc

So I decided to admit myself to ER yesterday for the slow breathing symptoms dizziness twitching etc. Im glad u guys suggested i go to hospital. They took a bloodtest to check for anemia, electrolytes, sgpt. I just went to see the doc, results were fine but she did a physical exam though because of my complaints she said i am experiencing anxiety attacks. So now i need to take these anxiety pills for a week or so. Im still experiencing symptoms especially when im about to sleep or waking up. i'll update what will happen next few days.

re. my hep C im going to start on meds even though the viral count isn't out yet (its just taking too long...). Doc will put me on Ribavarin and PEGASYS interferon (not sure if i spelled it right). As far as i know those are most updated drugs. She said i'll need to have the shots once a week, 6-12 months at most.

Thanks to lile1223 and kcrandy for your support and all the suggestions, really appreciate it.

Hi merryBe, thank u for the suggestions, I'll definitely try them. I'm on Xanor right now, my doctor told me to take this once a day for at least 10 days and see if it helps.Today was another experience for me. I suddenly got this bruise on my arm (where u usually get injected) and it was quite painful. I feel like it's a huge vein thats affected cos the pain travels to my hand. I know this might not sound like a big deal but I've really never experienced all of these before. Before I got hep C i was a healthy person.

Anyway when I went to bed today I couldn't breath and fall asleep properly again. The very 1st feeling I get is the feeling of not being able to wake up after 30 secs or so of falling asleep. 2nd thing that happens is I start to twitch, which is 1 reason why i force myself to sit up and just stay up bit longer. The last thing that happens is I start to breath very slowly. I really dont know how else to explain...Im so condused myself...

I will be seeing a doctor tomorrow, and i'll let u know what will happen next.. again thank u for your support, i appreciate it so much..!

best to keep your update with your original thread, but I did see it.
apnea can cause, and HCV paople get swollen toungues, the tougue slides back into the throat, each time you fall asleep cutting off air..try sleeping on your side, with face downward hanging off the piloow...if you still have that feeling than it may not be the toubue interferance but could still be apnea...which is where one stops breathing for a few seconds.

mine was cause by this AND more impotantly by pituitary dysfunction. Many HCV people also have this. You will need to ask for an IGF-1 test to ascertain if yu are making any growth hormone, if not you cannot repair tissue, and will feel as if you are nt likely to wake up. It's hard to explain thais level of exaustion, but once one experiences it one wants to get to the root of it.
Hope you get some answers.

slow breathing is not usually how anxiety manifests.
exaustion from worry could cause this...but what meds are you on?
