Hi Cuda: You may want to check out the spreadsheet pictures frijole has posted on her personal page. The list contains data on hundreds of us. It includes our status at week 4. Following is the link. Cheers, GB

I continue to be blown away that a teaching hospital that works with Vertex is using such a clumsy test. I mentioned this to my doctor very early on, and he said they were changing at some point, but I'm amazed.
Workingdog comes to mind who was not <43 at week4 and actually did <24 weeks
However ,
From the Vertex prescribing label:
monitoring HCV-RNA levels with a lower limit of quantitation of 25 IU/mL and a limit of detection of approximately 10-15 IU/mL is recommended.
For the purposes of assessing viral response and response-guided therapy eligibility at Weeks 4 and 12, an "undetectable" HCV-RNA result is required; a confirmed "detectable but below limit of quantitation" HCV-RNA result should not be considered equivalent to an "undetectable" HCV-RNA result http://www.incivek.com/hcp/treatment-duration-treatment-history
Husband has not completed (still on week 17) but our doctor is treating for 24 weeks. If you recall, he had the same result from Quest, which our doctor and Vertex lead researcher considered UND. I hope they are right.
