When should I take tablets?

Hi, I yesterday started the all oral therapy: faldaprevir, ribavirin and BI 207127

I have to take the tablets every 12 hours. Should I take the tablets in the evening as late as possible because they speed me up or should I take them earlier?

are you eating a full meal with the meds? Doctor did give me other meds to calm my tummy down (ask the doc). It seemed to help me by eating with real food with each pill I took in. It was also hard to find something that taste good this was one of my side effects (Taste) was gone. It does get better once your use to the daily schedule.

What do I do about the stomach pain after taking the pills? It is on and off for quite a few hours. So far, I have taken them with live yoghurt but that has not worked 100%

Follow the instructions every12 hours. I was taking mine 9am and 9pm seemed to work out best with my late hours. You can always change the timing so see what works best for your lifestyle.
