Why wouldn't my drs do much fir my hep c?

I lived in a very depressed town drs were very hard to come by the only good dr there that was a gastro dr was an alcoholic  did seem that my hep c was bad enough but funny thing is none imy drs took me serious about it they never talked to me about it  so here Iam 52 not knowing really because didn't know it was bad what to do

Hi Lori, I live in Portland, OR and I know there is an Infectious Disease doctor in Vancouver who treats those with cirrhosis but I'm sorry I can't remember her name.

Also, there is always OHSU or the Oregon Clinic in Portland. I am presently on treatment through the Oregon Clinic. Going north to Seattle is really not that far. I hope that helps some. Take care.
