Actually there are about 3 people on Hep Central that just finished the Sapphire I,
If you go to there site and look under Drugs for future Treatment you will find the threads of those that completed it.

Hi, new since yesterday to this forum. I am on the Sapphire I. I started back in January. Unfortunately pulled the placebo arm first 12 weeks. Just started the real drug 3 days ago.
I expect to sail thru it. GT-1a, Tx naive, 30+ years infected, 56 y/o, Bx March 2012 St 1 Gr 0, IL28b gene is a TT. That TT is the reason I would not treat with INF.
Good luck to you

hi hope, yes it's similar (same drugs) but this one is double-blind with a placebo arm and it's txt naive geno 1s - after 12 weeks if you're on placebo, you get the actual drugs for another 12 weeks.  So I'll know if it's the real drugs with side effects or, of course at the end of these 12 weeks. I'm geno1a. Such an awesome result you've experienced already - that's so great to know.  with blessings to you on your treatment.

I'm on the turquoise II study, but I'm guessing it's similar. I just got great news that after one week my viral load is only 45, a log drop of over 4! It's definitely worth it. Only side effects that I've had are a headache and some fatigue (but I also have a cold, so some of it may be related to that). All the best with your treatment. What type do you have?
