What is the best anti-depressant?
What is the best food?
There is no "best".
Find a psychiatrist who you can work with. Then depending on the type of depression you are experiencing they will have you try certain meds that they think might work for you.
Remember meds can take up to 6 week for begin their anti-depressive affect so it can be some time before you find the appropriate drug for you. It doesn't happen over night.
Once you find something that works then see if it and other drugs in that anti-depressant category are contraindicated for people with advanced liver disease.
Most people with hepatitis C have little liver damage (stage1, stage 2) so it really isn't a issue until your liver is stage 4.
