Yeah, probably nothing but indigestion from meds, but better safe than sorry.

Sounds uncomfortable. The only time I hear a  "bloated belly" compared to pregnancy on the forum is like Advocate mentioned: in reference to ascites. The images that show a distended abdomen from being over full or not having a bowel movement look profoundly different than those with ascites. Ditto with a genuine pregnancy. I was going to post a link but decided against it.

Anyway, if it keeps happening and you can't figure it out I would ask about it. Now is the perfect time since you are seeing a GI anyway :)

If you don't have as cites, it most likely isn't liver per se. Could be something else gastrointestinal like gall bladder, intestines, constipation, or just indigestion? I would ask your doctor if I were you. It's not unusual to have other gastric problems because they're all part of the same system.

Was your belly bloated before you began treatment or is it a new symptom? If your liver is still compensated, I would imagine the bloating is more intestinal. The meds can cause havoc with your stomach and intestines. Maybe try some Metamucil, or better yet, ask your doctor's office.
