can any one help please

hi have had treament for hep-c over 2 years ago and every thing whent fine (clear now) but ever since i have a brown spots and red rash on the bottom of my leg that if srached turns into bleeding holes and can all so swell . when treated with cream drys up but never gose away any one no what this could be i.e long term side affects .please help

I have had a similar rash on lower right leg that has persisted for several years and predates the beginning of TX. My dermatologist was indefinite and suggested it was some kind of excema and prescribed Clobex.  This has helped as I don't scratch it anymore, but it hasn't healed yet. I was thinking it had more to do with the disease (HCV and/or liver damage) than with TX, but I really don't know.

i would have a dermatolgist take a look, it good be from tx or just something else.   i am still txing and have rash, scabs and red spots too.  i am just hoping when i am done they all go away....

It may be time to return to the doctor.  My doctor always looks at the palms of my hands and bottom of feet.  She told me that this is a sign of increasing liver problems.Go to the doctor and much good luck to you.
