I think it is very interesting. Canada made a real mess of things with the bad blood scandal when they purchased blood from the US prision system (not surprisingly, lots of people got Hep C and HIV). So, ultra cautious now, maybe too much so, but why take the chance? I mean, should people with Chronic fatigue really be giving blood anyway?
