cracked lip

Hi all...Haven't been on in a while. All is well...my husband is doing ok. 12 week pcr is still undetectable. He is off the incivik now and just started week 16. Some of the major symptoms are gone but fatigue is still getting the best of him. Anyways...he is having trouble with the corners of his mouth splitting. It seriously looks like he slit right into the corner of his mouth. He had this symptom the first time on tx also. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and has any advice...neosporin is not working and he is drinking plenty of water. Thanks

It's called angular chillitis, a common side effect of tx.
Some people use monistat for it.
I had a hard time with them right at the end of tx, nothing worked until I got a script for ketoconazole.
