I've reached my second milestone...Yahoo!!!

Just got my 24 week labs back. I'm still UND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've read about so many people who were UND at 12 weeks and then relapsed at 24 weeks that I was more nervous about this one than the 12 week one.

My hgb is 10.5 and my ANC is 1.1 so I'm still maintaining the low but shot free range there. I'm gonna make it!

Great news Diane!
Half way to paradise!
Glad to hear you are hanging in there.

They just cut my riba to three pills a day as my Hgb dropped to 9.1.
That's a little scary as I only have 16 weeks left. Don't want to lose the UND now.
I know what you mean about your brain going round and round.

LOL I was going to say the same thing as you Denise - at least if you're having psycho dreams about Walmart you get a Mark Harmon thrown in, that sort of makes it fair.  I'd probably get freaking Don Rickles in mine....I never get that sort of good fortune.

Boy UNDs and Mark Harmons maybe interferon isn't such a bad thing after all!

congrats!!!  HGB of 10.5 is pretty good, mine stayed at about 9.3 thru most of TX.

Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon) can be in my dreams any day!!

Did you have your tap dance outfit on in the dream?   Be careful, you may end up in one of those Walmart Internet slide shows.

My brain isn't working well enough lately to make up anything. It just goes round and round in circles... all day long.

Thanks! It is great to have something to boost the positive attitude just when things seemed to be headed downward.

I hope things are going better for you too!

Gee... I just checked the archives and couldn't find more than one post about being UND at 12 weeks and then relapsed at 24. I must have dreamed about it. Have been having the craziest dreams lately. The other day I dreamed I worked at Wal Mart and I was on roller skates going all over the store and my boss was the guy who plays Jethro Gibbs on NCIS.  What?????

Yes agree it is very rare and I think perhaps she is confusing EOT with during treatment but whatever UND is always a good thing no matter where you test it! Although I dont remember seeing that many who were UND at week 12 EOT and failed at week 24 either thinking about it now!

If you are UND at week 4 your chances of success are mint. That really is the key the quicker the better and I think she went UND really fast if I am remembering correctly.

Congrats.  Odd though, I have seen very few who were UND at 12 wks and detectable at 24 wks.   Actually quite the opposite.  Apprehension is the name of the game when it's PCR time for all of us.

Anyway, UND is always good news.

Relapse is after breakthrough would be 24 weeks - but neither do you have to worry about I think you have this all sewn up and have since your first test.

Congrats it really makes it all worthwhile doesn't it? Well it still is hard but you know what I mean, every test that comes back negative just encourages you to fight even harder.  Amazing how your hgb has stayed up so high another very lucky thing in your corner!
