Excercise all you want. If you aren't treating then definitely do it. I excercised while on treatment for the first 3 months. I lifted weights for a hour 3 or 4 times a week. It was harder than when I wasn't on treatment but I still did it.
I stopped about 3 months into treatment because I was getting tahcardia (not sure of spelling) but I started again after I finished treatment. If you are into excercising it is one of the best things you can do for yourself physically and mentally. There are benefits all around like feeling good about yourself mentally and the excercise also has so many physical side effects like helping to heal faster and being stronger and in better shape.
So yes I say "GO FOR IT".

Dear
your body is sole judge who can decided. I am on week 16 of Tx and uptill first 8 months i was ok, I use to jogg n walk. But now my Hgb drops down to 11 ( it happens due to meds and in many ppl it usually goes below 10 and they have to take Epogen etc). I , on my personal experiance, suggest that save and conserve your energy. Just confined yourself to mild exercise eg, Walk etc.
keep onething in mind if you are on Tx, its definitely going to hurt your body in one way or other so please preserve your enegies, it doesnt mean that you shouldnt exercise but keep your exercise mild.
Are you on treatment? You can workout if you feel OK and are not to anemic. Only you can tell if your body is up to it. Do everything you can without wiping yourself out. When you start getting short of breath or light headed its time to back off.
Before I started TX I ran and ex. all the time. I did so for about the first month of TX just less and less. Now I am lucky if I ex. 2 to 3 x a month.
Ask your doctor is always the best idea.
Good luck
