The path report is artfully written, but the fibrosis is not a "Grade" but a "Stage" and should have been reported as such.  Sounds like Grade is 2 or 3, Stage is 4, but you will probably have to rely upon your Hepatologist to interpret what the pathologist wrote.  I'm sorry you had to face this puzzle; limited consistency in ultrasounds and biopsies seems to be a real problem is assessing liver status.

Congrats on the 42 wks.  UND next week and love life.  Wm

Hi Im no expert, but it looks like if you havnt treated yet, and you are able,  NOW is the time.  I have heard over and over again if you treat before you get to cirrhosis  stage C child-pugh score  which would be End stage liver disease, you can reverse some of that damage and possibly even get down a stage or two if you take care of yourself.

Sorry I did not read back on your earlier posts far enough to see if you had treated.  Great that you did!  I hope that you get your SVR!  Take care of yourself and your liver has gotten a break and will keep healing.  If you dont get your svr other treatments are right around the corner. best wishes to you!
