gritty eyes

zo
Hello,
I always read the questions of this forum and I think they are very helpful.
I am on peg-intro low dose since 3 years, and my eyes are becoming more and more dry and gritty.
I put a light collyre;is there another thing I can do?
Thank you for help
Regards
zo

I use different brands of moisturizing drops. My opthamologist recommended that I get drops without preservatives. GenTeal is what I use most often.

My husband uses an over the counter lubricating eye drop. We buy the store brand and it works fine.

I had and still have dry gritty eyes even post tx. I asked the pharmacist what to use for dry eyes and was informed to use mosturizing eye drops. I found I like "Refresh" but there are others brands out there. Just make sure to buy drops for moisturinzing not to get the red out or anything else. I mistakenly bought that once and it really made my eyes burn because of the dryness. They are over the counter at any pharmacy. LL
