hcv hbv worried

hi to all
i had a exposure in feb with a CSW unprotected virginal and oral.
after 2  3 weeks i have fever fatigue oral ulsur and rush.
I have fever for 3 months
i tested for hiv  elisa which is negative at 3 months
i tested for HBV HbsAg which is negative at 3 months and VDRL which is also negative
after 3 months my Lever function test is as under

BILIRUBIN TOTAL-0.75
BILURBIN DIRECT-0.19
BULIRUBIN INDIRECT-0.56

AFTER SIX MONTHS MY LIVER FUNCTION TEST IS AS UNDER

BULIRUBIN INDIRECT-0.73(H)
PROTINE TOTAL-8.20
ALBUMIN-5.60(H)
A:G RATIO-2.15(H)
I also tested for hiv and HBV at 6 months both are nigative
can u tell me what is going on is it possible i have HCV infection
and which test is sutable at this time HCV IgG or HCV IgM
what are the cause of my increase liver enzymes
i am so worried at this time as i read co infection with hiv and HCV can delay the seroconversion

i tested for hcv antibody igm test at 80 days after post exposure and it was negetive
but is this is conclusive or not?

There are many things that can raise the liver enzymes that have nothing to do with viral hepatitis. Some of those things are alcohol, some drugs, fatty liver. I don't think I'd be too concerned with a slight elevation in an enzyme if you've had negative antibody tests to the hep viruses. If you have only been tested for hep B and HIV, get tested for HCV. And please, protect yourself in the future. Unless your immune system is very impaired I wouldn['t worry about a delayed sero onversion.
