headaches

my husband has esld his meld score is 10. his ammonia levels are 148. my question is he is getting headache that last for days. has anyone else had this problem

I agree about the water too.  the more water I drank, the fewer headaches I got.

I took tylenol and advil for the headaches.  I also had pretty bad body aches on treatment.  I had to take a Darvocet on a few occasions.  I found that 4 Advil will usually knock out most pains I had.  I never took Advil just before having blood drawn tho bc I would get bruises.

I'm doing fine.  Thanks for asking.  I'm sorry it took me so long to see this.

Tell him to drink more water.. I find when I start to feel tense at the back of my neck and head, if I drink down about 20 oz of water.. It starts to go away,, then drink more and I take something for the headache if that doesnt work.

hey, how are you? did you take anything for the h-aches? did you have them before tx?

I got really bad headaches that were long in duration while I was on treatment.
