She has no insurance and is Hep C she is so tired and has no appitite

I am so sorry to hear of your friends situation.
I don't know how someone gets medical treatment without insurance but there must be a way. Has she applied for social security disability and medicaid? What state does your friend live in? Have you search your State government for information on state medical insurance benefits?
I hope others with more information of insurance coverage for the uninsured will chime in on this.
The only help there is for her is to get treatment for hepatitis c and to evaluate the condition of her liver to see her liver has progressed to cirrhosis.
If she does have cirrhosis it is a life threatening condition and she needs to be under the care on a hepatologist.
There are new treatments available and the pharmaceutical companies have been offering assistance in some cases.
Whatever it takes your friend needs to see a Doctor soon.
