Just as I thought will try again if not hoping and praying I become undetected in 12 weeks that's all I have to go on.

I am not sure at this point what can be done I take my last pill Monday and do my 8 week viral load I still am confident that I will be undetected since my last viral load 4 weeks ago. My case nurse has already contacted her rep at Gilead asking for a compassionate free 4 weeks I am not panicking I still have to wait for the 12 week eot test. As others in the same situation as me they all went on to Svr. It is not over yet. No matter what I have to wait the 12 weeks for the final result. Still praying for a miracle this person at Gilead pulls through. I appreciate all of your support, don't count me out yet.

Ok I read up above I see you have been working with Gilead and are on an 8 week tx and were trying to go to 12 ok got it

Well you fought the good fight hope you make SVR in 12 weeks and if not there is data now that people who fail an 8 week can still be treated for longer and be cured

Wishing you the best

Have you contacted Gilead pharmacuticles? They are the manufacture of Harvoni not insurance they may provide the meds free if you qualify with them and have been denied by your insurance twice.

Did your insurance say why you were denied?

Maybe not.  What has Gilead said?  Didn't you say they were working with your Ins Co?  Do they have you Application Form for the extra 4 weeks' assistance.

CALL THEM RIGHT A WAY!!  That is not yelling - it is just trying to show emphasis.

Please call them right now!  That will give them the rest of today and tomorrow to get everything in order for Monday delivery!

Blessings,

Pat

You said that Gilead was calling the Ins Co (before the 2nd denial).  Does that mean they are involved and you may be getting the extra 4 weeks (free) from them?

I agree with all above comments especially staying positive and the power of prayer, but as I have said before, I also believe in backup and being proactive and taking a few extra meds rather than a few too few!

Hang in there, keep on keeping on!!

Blessings and prayers!

I really don't know why you are not getting 12 weeks. Maybe don't give up yet. Make your dr really fight for one more bottle. Best wishes either way. I finish my 12 weeks in 9 days. That last pill will be a happy day. Then I wait 3 months for the results!

I wish you the best in your fight against hep C. Are you saying that you have never reached und yet? If so, that's unusual. Did you only do the 8 weeks and are fighting for 4 more weeks?
