junk food

I've been eating alot of sugar lately.  Also since my hgb levels have been so low i've resorted back to drinking at least 1 c. of coffee a day just to give me a little pep to my step.  Has anyone noticed if they have to many foods that tax the liver (like sugar, coffee, preservatives)do sx get worse or do you not see a difference?  I've been pretty bad lately; for instance i had taco bell last nite.  Since I started tx 7 wks agoI have eaten very healthy, but this week I've just ate whatever.  Tonight is shot nite and am afraid my sx will intensify due to my wreckless eating habits.

I have craved sugar the last 3 months.  I eat whatever I want and it doesn't seem to effect me one way or the other.  I NEVER in my life craved sugar like I have lately.  I don't gain any weight and my blood levels have been good except for a brief time during 7-8 wk tx.  However, the last time I ate a WHOLE BAG of bridge mix my stomach was upset to say the least!  Too much of anything is bad for us, I just try to keep it within moderation.  Can't get too excited about supplements or overly concerned about everything I eat.  Fruits, veggies, meats, fish and yes, SUGAR (unless you have cirrhosis) it's all good.
