what are normal ATL numbers and viral load numbers?

beauty: my doc (and I've read similar things here and elsewhere) really think these numbers on Quest and elsewhere are a little off...really, for a guy "normal" alts can be a little higher, but they should really be in the teens, twenties, ideally...them being in the 40's, 50s is considered slightly elevated by a lot of hepatologists...and the asts should be a lower number then the alt...from what I know, not knowing much....

If you mean 'alt', the range (at least for me, male old as dirt) are 3 - 60, 'ast' range for me is 3-50.  As reported on a Quest lab report.  As for viral load, normal would be zero.  That is for a person who does not have hep-c or a person who has achieved a sustained response to the treatment.
