I'm taking super K, viatmin K by lifeessence. Its supposed to help raise platelets.
What to be acarefyul of? Don't bonk your head. So, stay off the bucking bronc, no sky diving, and no climbing trees. Really, the problem is internal bleeding. It can be life threatening with low platelets, I'm told.
