muscle spasms

6 weeks post triple and I am starting to get muscle spasms. In my feet, hands and a little in my calves. Anyone else have this? What can be done?

I have given up on trying to figure out all the pains of post treatment.  Instead
of trying to figure out the cause of every one - I'm going to wait a year and see what is still giving me problems if any. I have no doubt that that yours and my array of pain are from this treatment.  I can tell you that I have gotten relief by taking a hot bath and applying heat- not cold compresses.  The only
condition I'm going to give attention to now is my thyroid.  The aches and
pains seem to change often.  Some go away ..then some other one shows up.  Your body just experienced a major war against Hepatitis C.  Give it some time.

I've found Magnesium helps with muscle spasms, restless leg syndrome and cramping.

I have a ton of muscle spasms, especially after 6pm every day. I try to stretch and have found acupuncture works quite well.

Yes, I agree BeHappy. The spasming in my toes is not a real health concern. It has happened b4.  BTW, I had them check my thyroid and they found it was OK. Definetely better to be safe. Good luck to you. Have really been glad to have your comments and advice. I hope everything works out for you. Now to wait on my hemoglobin. I know it is low but not anemic. And the wierd feeling I sometimes get physically that something is just not right. Combination brain and muscles. Again...good luck to you. Things take time.
