need advice viral load has gone up

on Gilead all oral trial

baseline 1.98M
4 days vl test 418
1 week VL  36
2 week under 25
4 week 58??? it went up, study nurse said doctor wants to keep me on medication and see what the 6 week result comes out like.

how worried should I be? not sure if I should just stop due to building resistance, any advice would appreciate, kind of bummed about the situation.

thanks for the advice, your right, I guess my nurse had me worried due to her strong belief I would be undetected by week 4, im going to stay the course.

I would take your nurses advice and stay the course. There is no difference in VL between 36,25 and 58. Remember that is the amount of virus in just a ml.of blood.
It would seem the last tough little buggars are doing everything to hang on ..rather than you having a breakthrough at this point,IMO

Don"t know the protocols of your trial,however clearing at 6 weeks is still a good result....
