need to know what test results show for hep c

what does HCV RNA  Quantative score of 6.86 mean
and what doesHCV RNA of 7190000 mean?

They are both the same number but yawing two different mathematical scales.

They are both your viral load. The 6.86 is the quantity of hepatitis c virus in your blood on the logarithm number scale while the 7,190,000 is the same quantity of virus but using regular counting numbers you are familiar with.

Basically your vitral load is just over 7 million copies of hep c virus in every milliliter of your blood.

Hopefully you will be getting treated and cured soon

Really though, you should be discussing your results with the doctor who ordered this test.

Bottom line you have a hepatitis C  infection and will need to be treated to cure your viral infection.

Treatment could be as simple as one pill a day for as few as 8 or 12 weeks and you will no longer be infected with the hep c virus.
