rash?

I have been getting small red dots acrossed my chest and stomach area for about two months now.  Some of them are on my skin, and some seem like they are under.  They come and go as they please.  I put some hydrocodone on them, and they seemed to go away for about two-three days.  This rash doesn't itch, or burn at all, and their is no other redness surrounding my chest, so  doubt that it's heat rash.  I don't have any allergies that I know of... someone please tell me what is causing this, or what this is!  Thanks.

"I put some hydrocodone on them"

I really doubt that rubbing Vicodin on your chest will do much....LOL

Consult a physiciant. Could be petechiae too.
Petechiae may be a sign of thrombocytopenia (low platelet counts), in circumstances when platelet function is inhibited (e.g., as a side effect of medication or an effect of hepatitis).

Best wishes, drofi

Are you on tx? I'm on tx and and have had various rashes coming and going the entire time, very itchy, but this is a common side. Have you hadit looked at by a Dr. yet?

Are you treating? If so it is a common sx, I have had to deal with it and you are lucky it is not itching as it does for most. Keep an eye on it and if it starts getting out of control talk to your Dr as it can become serious. jerry
