red ring-like streak on my finger

I'm 29 yo. 2 days ago, a red ring-like streak on my finger suddenly appeared. I thought it is because of the ring I wear in it, but my whole finger now is red and it hurts, and there is something like a pimple, which I think is a bug bite. I'm confused, is it a bug bite or something caused by chemicals I use to clean the house? Is it normal? My finger is almost blue now and very hot.. do I need to see a doctor or just put cold water on it?

Hi

You have asked your question in the Hepatitis C forum. It sounds like your question is not related to having a Hepatitis C infection.

I suggest you ask your doctor there is no way anyone could begin to guess what is going on with your finger. No one here is a doctor.
