How elevated are they?  Basic things like medications can raise liver enzyme levels.  Or Chinese herbs. Or exercise.....

Without knowing how elevated or any of your medical history it'd be best off to tell you to follow up with your doctor because it could be a whole bunch of different reasons = one being hepC.

Luciano,  you should follow up with your physician and find out why your liver enzymes are elevasted. I assumed you have hepatitis C and it is normal for that disease. But if you don't have a definitive diagnosis, you should certainly try to find out the reason for the elevations.

There is no specific consequence with elevated liver enzymes. It means that your liver is inflammed and there are cells that are leaking out into the bloodstream. This is common with hepatitis viruses. If you get rid of the virus these levels will most likely fall back to normal.
