Stage 0 is no damage, 1 is some, 2 is more, 3 is serious damage and 4 is cirrhosis and heading for liver failure.  Stage 2 indicates that, yes, you need to consider doing something serious before damage progresses further.  VL of 900,000 is not low but on the low side.  Most have VL's in the millions, some in multi-millions.  VL does not indicate how sick you are, but it can indicate how responsive you may be to TX if it is low.  I also recommend the Janis site, as it has info pulled from many sources, all reliable and science-based.  It has charts on ranking VL and links to other good science.

HCA
It is a typical condition of chronic Hepatitis C.
The viral load is average and there is moderate liver damage-not the best news and not the worst.
If it is you who has the disease I suggest you learn more.
A very good site for beginners is called 'Janis and friends'
