I had miserable diarrhea during the later stages of my first treatment. The doctor tested for parasites, bacterial infections, celiac sprue, etc. I took pre and pro-biotics, ate yogurt; to no avail. Eventually the condition self corrected, and I could move back to the bedroom from the toilet, but it took weeks. Sorry, no good solutions from me—

It has certainly helped me.  I'm also taking Zofran for the nausea, and I was warned that the Zofran could cause a bit of constipation so if I do take the Immodium I just take 1/2 tablet.  But it does work, and usually doesn't seem to take long to help.

Good luck, miserable problem, I know!
