Everything there looks within an expected range for someone doing HCV therapy
Your plats are dropping .which is expected and still within acceptable range ,however should be monitored closely.
Most knowlegable physicians treating HCV would consider intervening(either by dose reduction and or a plat. growth factor drug)  if they would get as low as  approx. mid 20's(or possibly somewhat higher), depending on personal factors, as this  may cause some complications.

Best ..

Asle and WillB gave perfect answers.  You are doing well. Like Will said your numbers should be watched.  I would think at this point the doctor would be ordering lab work every week or two to make sure your platelets  don't fall much lower.  That happened when I treated the first time.
You are doing very well.  I can't wait to hear of your UND and then SVR!
