unsure of needlestick

i was giving a subcut morphine injection to a patient on the ward the other day with a 25g needle. when i pinched the skin and slide the needle into her skin i could feel it between my fingers as she was soo skinny. i injected the morphine and then retracted the needle and walked away. i never felt a sharp pain and pricked when inserting the needle into the patient. as i was leaving i began to panic that maybe i had stuck myself in the process. i proceeded to the utility and took my gloves off and checked for puncture wounds of which i found none. i squeezed my fingers but could not find any holes. i then check my gloves for any puncture wounds my filling up my gloves with water and checking for holes, of which i found none. i then applied alcohol wipes to my hands which didnt make my hands sting. i think i am just being parnoid but i could not get the whole situation out of my head and now im panicking that i did infact stick myself and not know it. i would assume that if i stuck myself in the finger i would feel it and it would bleed
