I missed a couple victrelis doses. my doc just had me get another pcr to see if I'm und to encourage me to keep going. I'm on week 18.  I'm so nervous. has anyone ever heard of this happening and the patient achieving svr?       hcv 1a knew for 10 years. last biopsy 4 years ago showed no damage

It is very possible that it was a lab error on your 12 PCR. It happened to me and others here. Since your doctor did not redo the PCR at the time one will never know.

Good luck on your results but I wouldn't be to concerned, you should be fine......... BTW, make sure you don't miss any more of the Vic.
