Do you know we are the only country in the world to put High Fructose Corn Syrup in our foods?? It started during WW 2 when sugar was hard to get.
I'm a little unclear...are you referring to the fructose contained in corn syrup/sugar or the fructose contained in things such as fruits?

I found insure to have too much corn sugar,the main ingredient,ya better off with a good whey powder from a health store and mix ur own..BTW corn sugar is toxic,,
I have used Ensure. The strawberry flavor is not too bad. The chocolate is vile!
