GODEX is a multicomponent drug containing Carnitine orotate, adenine HCl, cyanocobalamin, pyridoxine HCl, and riboflavin which acts synergistically. GODEX:

Biphenyl Dimethyl Dicarboxylate 25mg (supposed to protect the liver against chronic alcohol toxicity).
This medication is not used in the US so we have no idea whether it actually helps people with liver disease but it is certainly not a "cure" for hepatitis C.
