A few years post.
I was on the tx in 1999 for about 5 months or so. Then I got so depressed from sleepless nights, trying to work and be a single mom...I just couldn't stay on the whole 6 months. 99.9% gone. I did well for quite a few years with taking milk thistle as well as a few other natural antioxidents etc. Then we were refinishing a floor and painting and I think I started getting worse. Now my side is bothering me again. My liver enzymes have been near normal but my vl is back. I'm afraid of a biopsy. I know I'm chicken. I think I'll try the colloidial silver. I don't think I can be on interferon and ribaviron and work too. Has anybody been through the treatment twice? I think I have a lot of muscle pain...sort of like fibro myalgia from being on the treatment. It could just be from the hep though.

Actually , still curious in what that .1% germ is that Lysol, all doesn't kill, lol!

Please do not poison your system with colloidial silver. It's better for you to stay just like you are then to take colloidial silver. It's no good. Could turn your skin color blue. Wait for the new treatments to come out. God Bless
The thinners in floor finishers and paint are highly toxic to the liver. If you were doing this with the windows closed it would likely make you feel ill for a couple of days.

Hi, while I am a believer in milk thistle for helping your liver, you'll be getting a few replies to the alternative treatment of Hep C, bottom line is only one way of 'cure', which is the interferon/riba tx. (treatment)
It has come a long way since 1999 I believe, tho still a rough ride for some. Your muscle pain could be from the Hep, that was my main symptom leading to dx in 2007. Interferon can agrravate this, but should go away after tx ( I'm hoping!)
My best advise to you is to get that biopsy ASAP and get serious on ridding yourself of this if it shows much damage..... also ASAP. Many can and do work on tx. Waiting without knowing you liver damage is risking a lot, your life.

Hopefully you have little damage, and please don't rely on herbs, silvers, etc. to cure this tho. I am very into organics, herbs, wheatgrass, etc. and just got done cramming these drugs into myself for 6 mths. to get rid of this.
