Changing time on Sat. night-Remembering!!

For some of us, things like changing our clocks to a new time can be hard to remember.   Even though I don't have the med-brain fog, I still have lingering brain fog.  So, this is a reminder to folks, to change your clocks on Sat. night before you go to bed!   Since I still have some sleep problems, the part with it staying light longer at night, will be another adjustment to my sleep cycle again.  Do any of you have sleep problems even after treatment has ended??  Mine have not improved.  

Just a note to those going to the luncheon on Sun.,    hope to see you soon.

I never got the Day Light Saving Time Logic. I loved it when I was young but hate it now. Like 4c I thought they were going to do away with it. I think Arizona is the only state that has the Gonads to make a stand and say no.

I love when it stays lighter out later in the day.

since I was a baby according to my Mom.

Harder to get up in the am when it's dark though.
(Can't get up in the am anyway on tx.)

What time is it??? :)

I am sleeping all over the clock too (pun intended!), no rhyme or reason at all! And can not wake to alarms either!!  Hoping it goes back to normal!

Could everyone call me at 8:00 am as it's 3:00 am now and I have to be up!!
If a few people do it, it may wake me :)

OK it's working for me - I just read your post and I'm getting tiered. Yep I've been insomnic for a very long time...funny but I take 1/2 zoloft and a xanax and it fazes me for just a few minutes then nothing - I usually just wait till after midnight and then I can sleep. Bad thing is I always wake up at 6:30 or earlier...maybe I just don't need as much sleep anymore - don't know....But hubby is beconning me to sleep so maybe I'll give it a go.

I have trouble sleeping, and I have't even STARTED Tx yet. I used to think it was cause I was smokin' crack.  That's not possible now , clean & sober a year now! Not even a tall guy on stilts, has legs THAT long!!! Sometimes, I can psych myself by mentally telling each part of my anatomy to relax and and fall down into the sheets, Starting with toes, relax and fall, feet, relax and f-a-l-l, concentrating on each body part til I feel it fall, etc., etc.  Sometines this actually works, either that or I'm boreing myself to sleep.  Thanks for the memmo, what day is it???
