I like your song. Sounds of silence is one of my fav's from earlier times.
Sorry to hear that tx has not worked out for you.

I'm a non responder to 2 rounds of treatment. it's been close to 3 years since round 2 ended. I hung around and looked at retreating bu the docs are reluctant with existing meds. I'm willing to give it a go if a decent trial comes along.
I have a number of post tx leftovers, hypothyroid, extreme fatigue, some neurological problems, shooting pains and so on and so on.
I hang around and try and bring a smile to others walking this road with my songs.
Are you saying you have been pulled off your current treatment or you have already been deemed nonresponsive? At least I thought you had been treating recently. It sounds like you have more on your plate than just worrying about hep C. The fact that the doctors are worried about another heart attack is very alarming.
Take care of yourslef
Kathy
I've been here a couple of weeks. (Recently diagnosed). Saw your thread the week before. How nice and it is obvious how you're appreciated :)....
How are you and what are you Hep C stats?

Hello treatment, my old friend. I've come to walk with you again.
Upon SVR I am creeping, then to battle once again leaping
and the fog that was planted in my brain still remains within the sound of silence.
In restless dreams I walked alone, in an Interferon Twilight Zone
One of my favorites. You brought a smile to shot night. Thank you.
School breaks always bring the best out in people. I can just imagine the noise. That must mean break for you too. Maybe you will have sounds of silence by days end, everyone will be on there way home, etc.
Have a great weekend.

Stats are 2 unsucsessfull rounds of treatment. 2 heart attack, 1 at the end of tx makes the docs want to not re-tx.
Go in for surgery on 4-16 for a deviated septum, they want to biopsy some nodes, nodules, or boogers on the other side of the nose. At the same time, they will remove tonsil, adnoids and a Volvo of some sort.
They say lack of oxygen, airflow and sleep sre setting me up for anoth heart attack, so therefore the surgery. I've been writing these songs on and off for about 5 years.
Hang tough.
Kim
a Volvo?? (smiling...)
I pray that your heart is as good as those around you see it....
I truly do. ((((Music Man))))
MAY God bless and keep you,

LOL You got to be kidding, Songs of silence.... It's more like Songs of Screaming here> We just started March break. They are screaming as i type.
But where is the song... I can hear it in my brain... but I can't see the words...
Is this the silence!
;)
What a delight. No matter what you do, I will be echoing "Hello Darkness my old friend" all day long. A true classic, and as Rosebud would say, in the thread below, a thinkers delight.
