Hep C after Breast Cancer/Finding a good doc

My best friend from college has just finished radiation (no chemo) for breast cancer,  and now was told after some recent blood work that she has hep c.  Her liver functions have always been normal in the past.  However, she has been exhausted and dropping weight steadily since the radiation treatment which has been over three months ago and had problems with her appetite and things tasting funny and recently pneumonia and mouth ulcers for no real reason.   Presume her immune system was shot by the  radiation but she is wondering if the symptoms could be hep c related.  Any advice or shared experiences from others in similar situation would be welcome.

Can anyone recommend a good hep specialist in Oklahoma or Texas?  Looking for someone who will work with her oncologist and pain management specialist, since she also has degenerative back problems.

Please post any sites where patients review doctors so she can get a sense of their philosopy and bedside manner.
