I was 1a. Started second treatment 01/14/2012 went UND 03/19/2012.So that makes me an UNDIE. My Dr. is retiring 07/01/2012 I'll be tested again on the 15th. of this month so I can share the results with my Dr.

Hi. I was und day 6 finish on June 25th.  Treatment time 24  weeks  overall not bad my biggest complaint burning scalp and brain fog.

Peter , way to sniff out and reactivate an old thread.  congrats on the und.  I just had my second blood draw today and wont get a load draw till week 4.  I will post load results at when I get them.

Hi ok, I will post, I treated with Incivek, Peg, Riba for 24 weeks, was UND from 4 weeks til now, 3 and 1/2 months after finishing.
While it was hard, I would do it again to feel this good

Wow, a great old post I have been looking for.A lot of success stories.I did SOC for 11 mos in 2011,last 9 mos.UND.Follow-up HCV came back.Rested 6 mos then started triple tx.Lasted 11 weeks till complications set in,stopped tx.My 3 week follow-up I was UND.Very good lab tests.Next lab test in 6 mos.I feel I have beat this in many ways since weaning off tx.Feeling better than before and hopeful of SVR.Lets post more success stories.We need to read these.

I've was undetectable 19 days after beginning treatment, and I'm still undetectable at day 32 of treatment.. 19 more weeks to go..

While the odds are you will be UND at EOT it really is an important PCR. If by chance there is a need for future treatment that info is very important. Without it I would not have been able to get in the last Boceprevir trial.

I'm still undetectable as far as I know.

I had my 21st injection of peg last Friday June 1. They will test my viral load a week after my 24th and final injection on June 29 (which is a waste of time, I know I'll be UND then, they should one at 4 weeks post-treatment) and then again at 12 weeks post-treatment in September.

I was UND at 8 weeks, but still detectable (44) at 4 weeks.

Geno 1b, VL before treatement between 2-4 milion, UND since week 6, done 48 weeks of tx, now 4 weeks post tx I am UND.

My reccomendation - if your doc is telling you to go for treatement, do that, it is not easy but it is not so difficult, if you don't do the treatement it can be much more difficult.
It was difficult for me on some parts along the treatement but is was also very difficult for me to leave with the infection before the treatement.

So I recommend to do the treatement.

I was 1a, vl 29,000,000, bx 3-4 and UND at week 4.  60 yr old female (59 when tx began). I am 5 months post tx and pcr is coming in 1 month.  If I'm still SVR, Doc says I, too, am CURED.

Geno 1A.

Round 1 was Pegasys monotherapy (insufficient response at 12 weeks- during acute stage).

Round 2 is Pegintron / Riba combo therapy (technically started during chronic stage). UND at 4 weeks, about 30 odd weeks in of 48.

Symptoms of Round 2 are far far worse than Round 1 was indicating to me that Riba is the nasty drug in the mix, not interferon (or that Pegetron is much much worse for side effects than Pegasys).

found new doctor....had VL @ 7 wks - was UND
at end of Tx was UND
Female, age 56 (no biopsy, only Fibrospect II & ultrasound)

12 week post VL testing to be done next week - I claim UND right now!!
