Introducing Notes

Hi,

We've had a lot of requests from our members for the ability to leave a quick note of support, congrats, a thank you, or even a hug, to other members without having to start a new discussion within the forum. We thought this was another great idea from the MedHelp Community and we're pleased to announce we've just launched Notes. We now have 9 themed notes that you can quickly write to other members, simply by hovering over their name and clicking "Leave a Note". Most recent notes will appear right on the members profile, and we've added a new tab called "Notes" where all of them will be listed.

Leave a quick note for a friend and try it out! Thanks for the terrific ideas, and keep the feedback coming.

I'd like to see a feature to conduct Polls. It would be interesting to be able to poll everyone to see what percentage has what genotype or percentages of people on certain treatments i.e. Pegasys, Peg Intron, etc.

Heck...I'm new. For all I know, this already exists.

I'd love to have a feature where, if I've just posted something (like within a minute) I can erase it...sometimes I'm just venting (or an answer occurs to me right after I ask something) and the post looks really dumb and not worth the space...

The cool part of this is that you can check out someones' Profile while you're sending a quick note.  It helps with knowing who you're talking to, right then and there.  Thanks for listening to us, this place just keeps getting better and better.  MedHelp ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Ant B
